Below we outline the six basic steps for rapidly cleaning any waterway.
1) The Vibra Snap vibrates debris out of the dredged slurry from the waterway into a processing tank.
2) The dredged slurry is put into the Desanding tank.
3) The Polymer Separation Unit is a stainless steel command center that is the brains of the dewatering system.
4) The Rapid Dewatering System (RDS) is a quiet system that separates water from the polymerized flocculation that had been in the water.
5) This dried, stackable dirt is composed of all of the solids that have been separated from the water. The Rapid Dewatering System can categorize piles of dirt from large debris all the way down to fine particles. This dry dirt is ready for removal.
6) The resulting clear water is fed directly back into the waterway very quickly. The volume and speed in which the water has been processed is unprecedented.
Dredged slurry has been dredged, separated, cleaned and returned to the waterway, in a 45 second trip. That is 5000 gallons in 45 seconds.
